When to arrive? We recommend 10-15 before class begins. With that said, you will not be judged for coming to class late. It is not necessary to pre-register for classes though you may do so on our website where the schedule is listed.
What to wear? Anything that’s comfortable and easy to move in. It is easiest to practice barefoot so your feet can grip the mat.
What to bring? We have everything you need, though you may want to bring your own yoga mat if you have one and water is always a good idea. A towel if you’re prone to sweating.
What to leave behind? Take a break from your cell phone or at least put it on silent please. Also strong fragrances/perfumes are better left for after class.
Anything else I should know? Don’t worry if you think you’re not flexible enough or in the best shape of your life. Yoga will only improve it! But please do let the instructor know of any injuries or medical conditions before class. Always listen to your body and have fun!
