Free Introductory Talk on Wednesday, January 11th, 2:30 – 3:30pm

Weekly classes begin January 18th 2:30 – 3:30pm. 

$85 per month.


Mindful Eating integrates mindful practices with the science behind eating habits and weekly in-person group education and discussion sessions. Throughout the week you will be guided in short, daily mindfulness trainings via an app on your mobile device.  Then, once a week on Wednesdays, from 2:30 – 3:30pm, you will meet in-person in a facilitated session with a group of peers to practice, discuss challenges and celebrate successes. You may attend class every week or as your schedule allows.  This is a rolling-admissions program. The monthly cost is $85. All meetings will be held at the Island Heron.


Priscilla Szneke is a mindfulness and meditation teacher. She received her mindfulness training at the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) at the University of Massachusetts. She is a CRM Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and a facilitator-in-training for the Mindful Eating Program.
