MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Mary is a RYT-500 Hour Level and has her Masters of Art and Teaching. Mary’s personal experiences with the calming, healing and supportive powers of this ancient practice have inspired her to share it with others. She has been a yoga teacher since 2009 and has travelled extensively teaching in places such as Thailand, Nepal and India. Mary is a 200 hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher and a 300 hour Akhanda Yoga Teacher, as taught by Swami Vishveketu in Rishikesh, India. She lived and worked as a volunteer at The Kripalu Center in Lenox MA, and while there had many opportunities to study various yoga styles and modalities with both visiting and in-house faculty.
