    Slow Flow

Our slow vinyasa flow class aims to heighten our awareness as we steep in the poses, the breath, and the moment. This practice reminds us of the benefits of slowing down and savoring the sensations in the body-mind.

The room is gently heated to encourage us to unwind and de-stress.

    Core Vinyasa

Core Vinyasa focuses on alignment, with specific attention to connecting to, and moving from, the physical and emotional core. This class is includes intelligent and creative sequencing, use of props and variations for everybody and every body.

    Yoga for Stiff People*

Can't touch your toes? You won't be alone. Improve your golf game, cycling, tennis swing, and overall flexibility by balancing strength with stretching. A regular yoga class can help to ease stiffness in muscles and joints. All levels and genders are welcome!

  • Replenish your body, mind, and spirit with this practice of gentle and deeply supported poses accompanied by soothing breathwork, guided relaxation and mantra. Experience passive stretches in comfortable postures as we activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Leave class feeling relaxed and calm. Appropriate and encouraged for all levels.

  • Yoga with weights is yoga; our breath guides our movement and awareness. The weights add an attentive energy to the practice. Movement is slow and poetic. The weights help engage the upper and lower body and the core in ways that support and enhance good posture while adding a gentle challenge to our functional balance. Yoga with weights is fun and will leave you feeling gloriously upright and open.

This class can be enjoyed with or without weights.

  • Bhumi Flow

The word "Bhumi" translates to earth. This practice is a gesture of reverence toward the grounding element. Expect to remain low in this class and explore a mix of dynamic flow and nurturing Yin-inspired and floor postures to provide stability, mobility and heightened connection to Source.

    Modern Yin

Appropriate for all levels, Yin offers longer holds, 3-5 minutes. Primarily working the lower body, hips, pelvis, lumbar spine, areas rich with connective tissue. We'll create beneficial tension and stress as strength and flexibility are improved with time. With little to no standing, Yin is a quiet and complex practice that will help cultivate patience, focus and stability, in both body and mind.

    Yin & Yang

Yin and Yang refers to two opposing yet complementary principles. Yang yoga is dynamic, activating the muscular system to cultivate strength and balance. Yin yoga is static with all the poses done on the floor and held for a few minutes. To balance our system we will practice both styles, with mindfulness techniques woven throughout.
