Kim has been practicing yoga since the late 80’s and began teaching in 1992 (receiving her 200-RYT from Soma Yoga in 2003.) She has worked with kids, teens and adults and loves nothing more than to see the transformation from the beginning of the class to the end. Kim's style is slow and thoughtful with special emphasis on breath and alignment. She ends each class with a long, supported savasana. Kim is also a certified Health Coach and Aromatherapist.
