Sue has been practicing yoga since 1997. Trained in classical yoga, she received her 200-hour certification from Grace School of Yoga in 2009 and 500-hour certification in 2017. She has a deep appreciation for all styles of yoga and its power to both heal and strengthen body, mind, and spirit. Sue’s classes weave breathwork, mantra, and mindful movement to allow students to develop and deepen an awareness of the body, promote the flow of energy, and connect to a place of centered inner stillness.
