Kate received her 300 hour teacher training with Jivamukti Yoga in 2012. Another main influence has been the teachings of Dharma Mittra through her teacher, Judy McLain at Grace Yoga. Kate’s classes incorporate intentional movement linked with breath, uplifting music, and time to sit quietly and listen within.

Her desire for teaching and practicing is to shift the common held perception of otherness toward remembering the true nature all beings share.
